unplug it…
and do you have the correct drivers for the keyboard and mouse???
okay check to see if ur mouse and keybored is still pluged to ur computer. if it is still pluged in then u can hit the button on ur PC and just restarted it that way.
just switch it off if that doesnt work try un pluging the whole power then get someone to come and check it out i hope this helps
try to see your device manager whether there’s is exclamation mark on your mouse and keyboard, if there is then it maybe a connection problem. if there isnt then your connection from the keyboard and mouse would be a problem. if there is a power then both your mouse and keyboard have line problem. try chaging both of it and usually it works.
The best what you can do is call a computer engineer and let him fix the pc. Don’t try ur hand coZ u will create a mess out of ur pc. I think there’s some problem with the RAM or Hard Disk. Call the engineer, he will be able to tell u better.

Sounds like you have your mouse in the keyboard hole and your keyboard in your mouse hole-switch them AFTER you shut down your computer.
try to turn your computer off manually. try to press the power button until it completely turns off. then try to restart the pc again. make sure that your keyboard and your mouse are securely connected. you can try unplugging and replugging the cables.
if you still cannot make the computer work, try to call your computer’s manufacturer (oem) for additional help.
You can hold down the power button for a few seconds and the computer will turn off. If you turn it on and it doesn’t want to boot up you can try to open it up and take out the battery on the motherboard (make sure you are grounded before touching anything) for a few seconds and you’ll reset your bios to default, only if you don’t know how to set the jumpers to do this. If that doesn’t work, you may need a new hard drive, or memory, or processor, al those could be bad. Maybe overheated. It could be a virus too. but try that first and see what happens. I hope it helps.
